Episode 5

Ashley Duns and Megan George - An ADHD Double-Dose

Ashley Duns and Megan George are the co-hosts of new podcast, ADHD Double-Dose. They were also both diagnosed with ADHD as adults, a diagnosis which completely reframed the way they now think about their respective childhoods. And not incidentally, Ash is also one of James' best friends of 25 years.

In this episode, listen to how Ash and Megan have adjusted to their diagnoses, their reflections on what childhood was like with ADHD, and their mission to help create awareness, understanding and compassion for others curious about the condition.

We are grateful to them both for sharing their stories. If you'd like to see Ash and Megan's child photos and some clips from the episode, head to https://www.instagram.com/youreagoodkidpodcast/#
