Lizi Bright - Ballet, Body Image and Healing

Lizi Bright is a sports/exercise scientist who has worked with the AFL and FIFA, and is currently completeing her PhD. But as a kid, she grew up in a challenging home, and battled for many years with an Eating Disoder.

Now, Lizi shares her inspiring story of recovery and healing. Lizi, thank you for your courage and willingingness to share this very powerful story.
